Owner of Piccolo S.P.A., builder of seaplanes. He is protective of his granddaughter Fio, and constantly warns Porco Rosso to keep his hands to himself. Actually, he does trust Porco Rosso, and agreed that Fio should go with Porco Rosso for his fight with Curtis. His sons have all left Milan to look for work in other cities.
