花丘 観柳斉

Grandfather of Isami. He does housework in place of Reiko, and is very good at cooking. He is good at the spear. Kamonojo Serizawa who is his childhood friend and he are long-standing rivals. His true colors had come to light from the beginning though he hid one's origin and did the assistant of Shinsengumi as Shirozukin.
