Father of Akuha, Kahlua, Moka, and Kokoa. He is a very influential being among vampires. He makes an appearance in Rosario + Vampire Capu2 as the third Dark Lord. Though he isn't a Dark Lord in the manga, he is said to be a very powerful individual, his powers are said to be far beyond that of the normal S-class vampire.
