Mokubei

木倉米

A sentient elderly utlility pole. He serves as a central figure in the hidden society of the city's infrastructure. Mokubei is an old-fashioned utility pole, easily distinguished by his weathered, aging wood features. This constrasts with Elemi, who is a much more modern concrete pole. He also serves as the leader or "elder of the council" for the city's utility poles.
