Usually called Chi-chan by her 2 other sisters, she is the middle sister of the chou san shimai (3 Chou Sisters). She is the one who used magic from the "Crucial Keys to the Way of Peace", given to them by Ukitsu who referred to himself as a mere passing magician, to make their mics and other effects for the stage. Anime Version Tenhō's second sister. Visual Novel Version The middle sister of the Chō sisters. She and her sisters are a famous idol group and the leaders of the Yellow Turban Rebels in the sequel, Shin Koihime Musō.
