The Mareep farmer is a character of the day who appeared in Houndoom's Special Delivery (EP182). While he was tending his , the Mareep farmer noticed his Houndoom, Doomy, had found a . He found out that the Togepi belonged to Misty and was happy that she showed up and got it back. However, Team Rocket came by and tried to steal Doomy by firing a net at it. Ash and his friends then battled Team Rocket and freed Doomy. After Team Rocket's defeat, the Mareep farmer and Doomy led the group back on their way, saying their goodbyes. (Source: Bulbapedia)
