Roy is one of the protagonists of Pokémon Horizons: The Series, alongside his friend Liko. Liko is the first main character, and Roy is the second. Roy is a boy who lives on a remote island in the Kanto region. He longs for adventure and dreams of becoming a Pokémon Trainer. He possesses a mysterious, unique-looking Poké Ball that will become an important part of his journey. He's a member of the Rising Volt Tacklers. His partner Pokémon, , is good-natured and sure loves to eat and sing! Roy is characterized by his adventurous spirit, determination, and a deep sense of curiosity. His passion for Pokémon and exploration drives him to seek out new challenges and uncover ancient mysteries.
