One of the Six Goha President Siblings. Initally introduced as an wholesome amnesiac boy in a blue chameleon costume, nicknamed "Guruguru" (lit. "Swirl") by Luke after his spinning eyes, his true sociopathic identity is revealed after it is discovered that the card "Monster Reborn" somehow has the power to manipulate people's memories when played in a Rush Duel, and starts playing a chameleon-themed DARK Dec. His twin personalities and link to Monster Reborn seem to make him a reference to the 2 Yuugis in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters.
