Takahashi

タカハシ

An electrician who inadvertently becomes the center of a utility pole's affection. Takahashi works as a repairman for the local power company. he is called out to fix a malfunctioning utility pole on a night with a full moon. During the repair, his touch emotionally awekens the utility pole, Elemi. Desperate to interact with him, Elemi breaks "utlility pole laws" by tapping into a telephone line to call his house. Takashi is a lonely man who lives by himself with a pet turtle. Though initially confused and wary of the mysterious woman calling him, he grows fond of her as they continue talking through regular phone calls, completely unaware that he is actually speaking to a piece of city infrastructure.
