Geten is a Villain and a member of the Meta Liberation Army. He trained his meta ability (quirk) for years, even skipping school just to improve his ability as much as he could. By the time of the Revival Party, Geten showed he was capable of controlling any ice in the rough area of an entire town. At some point during his life, his mentor Re Destro burnt his hand, causing Geten to undergo an awakening, allowing him to also control the temperature of the ice. (Source: My Hero Academia Wiki)
