Kaoruko is the daughter of the president of Seibu Railway Company. Intelligent, beautiful, and strong-willed, she always follows through once her mind is made up. She looks so regal riding a horse that you could almost mistake her for Catherine the Great, the famed empress of Russia. Kaoruko is secretly a dreamer beneath that noble exterior, however, and quick to fall in love. At university, she was involved in the long-established amateur literary publication, Azalea.
