Kyosuke Munakata is the vice-leader of Future Foundation and the head of the 2nd Division. During his time at Hope's Peak Academy, his title was Ultimate Student Council President. The successor to his title is Soshun Murasame. Kyosuke's posture suggests a commanding disposition, and he is stated to be cold. He is also stated to show great anger towards Ultimate Despair, and is one of those in favor in their extermination. It is said that, at one point, he was seen as incredibly charismatic, which is demonstrated in Juzo Sakakura and Chisa Yukizome's unquestionable loyalty to him. Because of his reserves of charisma, he has a strong influence on the two of them—apparently enough for them to sacrifice, humiliate, or shame themselves in order to carry out his orders.
