Keihou Chou

Chou Keihou is a doushi soldier that guards Seiryuukan checkpoint fortress. Together with Fu Lin he was sent by Bunchuu to stall the escape of Kou Hiko. In anime their objective was also to bring back the two princes, Yinxiao and Yinhong. He uses paopei Koujyu that looks like megaphone. It restrains movements by using sound to influence the nervous system. But for it to work, he must yell the name of his target.
