Uramura

Chief Uramura is the local police chief in Tokyo and one of the support characters in the Rurouni Kenshin series. Uramura is a dutiful man and takes his job seriously. He is not above asking for help, when he requires outside help with dealing with a problem that the police can't handle. Uramura originally thought of the battosai as a dangerous person, but after witnessing the real thing, he has changed is opinion. Uramura also trusts Kenshin and his friends, even to ask for their help and truth their word about a situation that he was not involved with.
