Cynthia de Pando is a Mexican voice actress and broadcaster. She was the official voice of stations 88.9 Noticias and Alfa Radio 91.3 in Mexico City. In dubbing, she is best known for providing the voice of Bailey Pickett in Zack & Cody: Twins on the Bounty. She currently resides in Vancouver, Canada, where she now provides original English voices for animations and video games, in addition to dubbing various projects in that language.
