It isn't the worst Sgt Frog movie for sure. In fact, it's my favorite out of all of them. First of all, you don't have to watch all the previous movies or the whole TV series to understand it. Because the Keroro Platoon's violent dragon forms felt too abrupt and out-of-character throughout this movie, which is not really in-line with their usual adorable personalities at all.
