I really don't know what this was suppose to accomplish. Even for being a 1 minute ova this was kind of a disappointment. It doesn't really work as a good preview for the Frame Arms Girl anime that is airing now, since over half the episode just showed some beginning credits and such. You don't really get a good sense…
