This special is not based on the novel series Gundam Wing Frozen Teardrop so the animators took a different approach than what others did on the other Gundam stuff. Instead of animating the whole story, they had stills of scenes with the dialogue over it. Its an interesting choice, but something i wouldn't have done.…
